Close enough
to actually get there.
A service area is a promise about time, not a list of city names for search engines. Ours is drawn around how far a van can realistically get in a January cold snap.
Eight cities, three tiers of response.
Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville and Etobicoke are our core same-day zone. Burlington and Milton are booked-appointment standard. Toronto and Vaughan we serve on booked appointments with emergency subject to availability — and we will say so on the phone rather than after you have waited.
Every city has its own housing stock.
Which means every city has its own recurring problems. Here is what we actually see in each.
Ask anyway.
Georgetown, Halton Hills, Caledon, Richmond Hill, Markham and the western edge of Hamilton all fall just outside our standard zone. We take work there regularly — installations especially, where the schedule is planned rather than reactive.
What we will not do is take an emergency call we cannot reach in time. If that is the situation, we will tell you and, where we can, point you at someone closer.
