Got it — we are on this.

You will hear from a real person shortly with an arrival window. If it is an emergency and you would rather not wait for the callback, phone (905) 555-0142 and we will dispatch immediately.

Before you call

Three things worth checking first.

Genuinely — if one of these is the answer, you have just saved yourself a service call.

The filter

A blocked filter restricts airflow, trips the high limit and short-cycles the furnace — or freezes the AC coil solid. If yours is grey, change it and give the system an hour.

The breaker and the switch

There is a switch beside the furnace that looks exactly like a light switch, and it gets flipped by accident constantly. Check that, and check the breaker panel.

The thermostat

Dead batteries, a schedule you forgot about, or a mode set to "fan" rather than "heat". Worth thirty seconds before it is worth a service fee.

Smell gas, or your CO alarm has sounded? Leave the house first, then call us — and call Enbridge's emergency line at 1-866-763-5427.
