Be first in the queue
on the worst night.

When it hits −20 °C, every HVAC company in the GTA has a full board by 9am. A plan is what decides whether you are on it. That, and a discount on whatever went wrong.

Straight answer

Are these worth it?

Yes, if you have gas heat

A furnace needs annual service to keep most manufacturer warranties valid, and a tune-up costs less inside a plan than outside one. Add priority dispatch and the arithmetic is straightforward.

Yes, if your equipment is aging

Past ten years, the odds of needing a repair in any given season climb sharply. A 15–20% discount on repairs plus a waived diagnostic pays the membership back in one visit.

Probably not, if it is brand new

If we installed your system last year it is under full warranty and the first service is already included. Wait a year. We would rather tell you that than take the money.

What you actually get

A tune-up with numbers in it.

The industry standard "$79 tune-up" is a lead-generation visit. Ours takes 60–90 minutes per system and produces a document you can compare year over year.

  • Combustion analysisCO, O₂, stack temperature and efficiency measured with a calibrated analyser — not estimated.
  • Static pressure & temperature riseRecorded against the manufacturer's plate. This is where hidden airflow problems show up.
  • Electrical under loadCapacitors, contactors and motor amp draws tested while running, which is the only way weak parts reveal themselves.
  • Superheat & subcoolingOn the cooling visit, charge verified against spec rather than topped up on a hunch.
